Food Source International Vietnam was honored to be part of Bocuse d’Or Vietnam at Prime Steak Boutique & Chill. Our Australian Quail from Brisbane Valley Quail was beautifully prepared & cooked by Chef Tommy Tran, making it a true delight to be part of the dinner.
